Argent’s Quality System
is GMP Qualified for the Pharmaceutical Industry, and we are
progressing toward TS16949 certification for the Automotive Industry.
Many of our customers have honored us with Outstanding Supplier Quality
Awards for several years. Our quality goal is Total Customer
Satisfaction in all areas from order entry through delivery.
Secure systems begin with verified order entry from original documents
and are maintained through each manufacturing step through shipping.
Plates and Dies are removed from locked storage for each job and
returned when the job is complete. Each job on the manufacturing floor
moves from workstation to workstation in sealed containers. Every
workstation is segregated and line clearance is verified between each
job. Lot traceability records are retained for every product shipped.
Every employee is responsible for the quality of his or her work.
Quality auditors are assigned throughout to document our TS
16949 procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
